Acquisition Criteria

Property Type:   Vacant or underutilized land in established or developing neighborhoods that are within the path of progress for the area. We seek lots for ground-up construction of market-rate multifamily or mixed-use buildings. We also seek opportunities to re-purpose existing structures for the same product.  Extra priority will be given to potential projects in opportunity zones.

Location: In densely populated, well located areas with opportunistic and value-added potential in the following markets: Charlotte NC, Raleigh NC, Columbia SC, Jacksonville FL, Daytona FL. We may also pursue opportunities in other Eastern regions that are consistent with our investment strategy.

Size: Multifamily unit count in the 50-200 range, if mixed-use the residential portion must be 50-200 units and commercial/retail component may not be more than 20% of overall projected revenues.
